1-2-3 to the Zoo

Introduce this wonderful book (not included) about an animal train on its way to the zoo. Count the animals one by one while using our Little Pockets of Time. This preschool activity reinforces counting, number recognition, critical thinking, and even narration. A number train is placed in a window frame. As your child looks at each number in the window, he will choose from different animal cards to match the correct number and animal/s that were found in the story. As your child becomes more familiar with the story and his level of independence increases, he can do the activity by himself. He can even use the train and cards to narrate the story back to you!
