As you read every chapter, 4-8 color coded event cards are given to your child to be placed into pockets designed for each chapter. The cards are used to check comprehension. You can tell if your child read the story or was paying attention by the order of the colors. These can be used independently from our unit studies. Using timelines has been proven in the subject of history. We have provided a way for you to take the same concept using the sequence the events of a chapter/story book.
