If for any reason you are unsatisfied, Fortunately For You Books,LLC offers full refunds ONLY for Unit Studies and they must be in Printed or CD Format (not eBook). Your refund will be issued once the item has been sent back to: Fortunately For You Books P.O. Box 87 Pentress, West Virginia 26544

Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your refund.

Ebooks are not subject to refund because they cannot be returned to Fortunately For You Books.



DOWNLOADING/VIEWING QUESTIONS

Q: I can’t view the e-book properly. What version of Adobe do I need for your e-books?

A: You will need the most recent version of Adobe Reader. This can be found at the “Get Adobe” link on our site.



Q: How do I receive my e-book?

A: There will be “Download” button on your confirmation page. It is green and located to the right. This will be the ONLY time you are able to download the file. There will NOT be an email sent to you with a link in it.

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?

A: All orders can be paid with PayPal. PayPal securely and confidentially transfers money directly from your bank account or credit card to our account. Your order will ship (if in CD or printed format)when payment has cleared the bank.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Q: What are e-books?

A: E-books are the electronic versions of our books. They come to you instantly in a downloadable form upon completion of payment. These are wonderful when you need a product in a hurry! E-books are also environmentally friendly as paper consumption is minimized. You are free to print out as needed or read right off of your computer screen.



Q: I am confused about how to make the pockets. Are there any pictures of the finished product?

A: Yes! Please visit our "Photo Gallery" link for pictures and "how to" videos.



Q: What subjects are covered in your Unit Studies and how long do they take?

A: Subjects covered in our Unit Studies are: Vocabulary, Art, Bible, Language/Writing, Life Skills, Science, and Social Studies. For grammar coverage while you read we have created a program to be used with any book at any grade level. Check out Grammar By the Book! As for time, it is completely up to you and your schedule. We have not set any time limits because you can decide what works the best with your schedule.



Q: What grades can use your Unit Studies?

A: Our Unit Studies are wonderful to teach at ANY grade level. Younger children will need guidance through our units while older children can use them independently. Lessons can be as hard or easy as you need them to be depending on the child’s level. We have personally used our unit studies up until 8th and 9th grade.



Q: What is your copywork like?

A: Our copywork books are four week programs that use a specific month’s holidays and special days to focus our copywork around. However, our copywork is so versatile you could use the books whenever you would like to cover any of its myriad of topics. Topics such as thankfulness, love, tolerance, nature, and patriotism are covered in our copywork.



Q: I have a child with Dyslexia. Can your products be used to help teach him?

A: Our products are wonderful for the learning disabled child. Our products can give your child the independence they are seeking while giving the mom assurance her child is retaining the knowledge needed. Pockets of Time and Tags of Time helps the child comprehend the reading book. Our Unit Studies have multiple styles and methods of learning so the parent can choose what is best that day or week. Our Copywork can help the child to pay attention to details and work on memorization. Our Activity Book can be a welcome and fun break from heavy studies but can still be considered as school. Grammar By the Book can use reading time as a review of essential grammar.
