Little Pockets of Time for The Very Hungry Caterpillar (eBook)

While teaching your preschooler about the amazing metamorphosis of a butterfly with The Very Hungry Caterpillar (not included), use our Little Pockets of Time activity to introduce the days of the week, as well as different foods. As your child looks at each day of the week in the window, he will choose from different food cards to match the correct day and foods that were found in the story. As your child becomes more familiar with the story and his level of independence increases, he can do the activity by himself. He can even use the days strip and food cards to narrate the story back to you! This is a great way to introduce this beautiful story to your preschooler.
