Puzzle Piece Vocab for The Secret Garden (eBook)

Learning new vocabulary words does not always require pages and pages of worksheets. We have taken new words to be learned from The Secret Garden and made puzzles with them. For example, chapter 1 you will have a picture with puzzle lines and vocabulary words written on the puzzle pieces. These are to be cut apart. The next page will be the same template only black and white with definitions on each space. The student matches the correct word/piece to the place on the second page. Glue each piece down. As the child progresses, a beautiful picture is revealed. For younger children, words can be cut apart in larger sections and cover multiple words at a time. This activity can be used independently from any other Garden projects we have or as an additional supplement. What a fantastic way to make vocabulary lessons fun! There are a total of 12 puzzles included.
